AutoXray makes a unit that's relatively cheap and reads both OBD-I and OBD-II. You should be able to find other units that do both. If you want to spend a little more, you may want to get something that runs on a laptop ($200) which will give you great graphing capbility and the ability to see more data at once.

Regards,
paul....

What type of Diagnostic Connector do you have.........38 pin near ECU in engine compartment?........or 16 pin near steering wheel.........(not familiar with 1993 190E and depends on location.....Australian MB's had 38 pin until early 2000's)

If it is 38 pin then you can get good access to the various MB systems with the correct setup for under $US200 using a laptop

Cheers

David
