Tune-up

I have '03 clk500 with 50,000miles and was wondering when the first major tune-up should be performed and what does it entail?

A "tune up"
on today's MB's is basically new plugs. A check of the computer for any faults should also be done. I assume you have platinum plugs and they should go for about 100,000 miles.
