How to remove a rotor - Should I remove the Hub

Trying to remove a C32 Rotor. I have the wheel, caliper, and locking screw removed. I still can't get the rotor off. I've scrubbed the hub with a wire brush and soaked the rotor/hub mounting with PB Blaster. Still can't get the rotor off. Any ideas?

Update - Should I remove the hub? It looks like a standard tapered bearing hub. The lock nut looks different though. How do I remove the lock nut? Is there a set screw on it?

Ended up removing the hub and beating the rotor off with a 20 oz hammer. Good news is the hubs are held on with standard tapered wheel bearings. Took about 10 extra minutes to do it this way.
