fuel pump relay issue
I have a 99 ml 430 156K miles
my fuel pump relay keeps shorting and causing a battery drain. I pull relay battery is ok. Has this been a problem with this year and model. what is the solution?

BMW E30. I've turned to the dark side.
so your fuel pump is staying on after you shut the car off? if so, you may have a sticking relay not unlike the sticking relay issues we've had for airmatic and air injection pumps. just change the relay. its at least a cheap part to throw at it. anything beyond that may require professional help.
