See Accu-Gage: http://www.ghmeiser.com/
(I'm fairly certain I've seen these for sale at AAP. I've got a couple of them..they're quite excellent. I know Brookstone sells their private label version.)

I've had a Dräger for about 35 years. It's very similar, very accurate, sturdy and calibrated in PSI as well as metric. The only problem is that it hasn't been made in years.
But they're still around:

You can buy a digital one for less that reads out in .1 lbs....very important if you want balanced tire pressures. Automotive digital gauges have advantages over analog guages: more accuracy for the $ spent, more repeatable accuracy, more shock resistance, less wear, less susceptible to environmental changes, and easier to read. Whatever gauge you buy if you are really **** about correct pressure you need to have it calibrated.
