ML320 MPH to km/h?

I have a US '07 ML320. The speedometer has only one set of numbers on it and the mph is actually lit up from behind. This leads me to believe that maybe the same speedometer can be configured to read km/h. Anyone know if that's true? I know you can change the multifunction display to digitally give a readout in km/h, but I was wondering if the actual speedometer can be changed as well. Getting ready to drive through Canada eh and was wondering how easy a change it is.

Easy alternative...

Most two lane highways are Max. 80 (50 mph). Everyone drives @ 60 mph.

Most multi lanes (two per side or more) are Max. 100 (62 mph). Everyone drives @ 75 mph.

In the city, keep it between 28-37 mph.
