Stock rims and tires seems to be rubbing

As I was backing out of a parking lot at an angle I felt and heard a grinding noise from the front. It seems when I'm backing out slowly it's fine but with my wheel turned almost all the way and then backing out alittle faster the suspension or upper control arm seems to be rubbing the tires. I have stock 18' rims and I know they shouldn't be doing that. Can anyone help?
