Unhappy Code P0306

What could be the cause of this code. Is it always something to do with #6 cylinder or is it a code that could mean numerous things. So far I've done, the plugs, the injectors, fuel filter. An checked all the hoses. Tomorrow I am going to try the plug wires. Please advise if you have had simular problems and have found a cure. Could the MAF be the culprit here? I've been reading a lot lately that the MAF can be a culprit. Whe I am in park and rev the engine it cuts out and speeds up. This is driving me nuts Thanks

The P0306 is # 6 Miss fire..I Would swap plug wires and or test them with a OHM Meter to check resistance in the wire and connectors

While in N or P the Engine WILL Cut out at 2/2.5 K RPM...as the ME control unit does NOT detect the car is in gear

I replaced the wires on Cylinder 5 and 6 and 4 plugs. Switched coils from 6 to 5 and gave the MAF a smack. Car started and is running PURRRRRfect.
