My 400 e will start when it is cold but when it gets warm you have to turn the key 8, 10, 15 times to get the starter to kick on. Some times you have to wait ten minutes or so before it will start. Key is very hard to turn and you have to push in on it to make it work. Am I looking at a new switch or could this be a starter issue? Thanks for the help, Lee
