Clicking sound coming from rear??

Clicking sound coming from rear??
Hey Guys!
So this is the issue i got.
If i'm at a red light(stop sign,or just taking off)i hear this ""click,click,click" sound coming from the left rear part of the car.
If i would put it in reverse and step on it a little harder it would do the same thing.
I remember i had a similar issue on my 350Z,and it was one of the axle joints or wheel bearings....something like that.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

I have seen something similar on a couple of 209's. The repair That I did was to pull the axle out of the wheel hub and apply locktite to the axle splines.
I have also seen something left inside of the tire during tire replacement, that would cause a clicking noise in a more irratic manner though.
