Instrument cluster ---flatline----

I have a 91 300D 2.5 Turbo (W124), that recently had the instrument cluster stop responding (all except speedo, odometer and trip). I thought it might be a blown fuse, but I cannot find where that fuse is, nor any blown fuses. I could probably live with the lack of fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge & Tach, but I worry about not being able to watch the temperature.

Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas?

Thanks

Chip

Found it. Blown fuse. 300Evil from MercedesShop.com forums pointed out it is the same circuit as the brake lights. So if you find yourself without instrument cluster, check your brake lights, and fuse number 5.
