increasing rear camber

I wanted to have my rear camber changed from the current setting of -1.5 to a setting of between -2.0 and -2.3.
Is that possible in a CLK 500???? The dealership is telling me that it cannot be done

OK, I'll answer my own question!!!!!
You need to have camber bolts installed. Needless to say, the dealership will not do it for you

Once you buy the bolts at $35. each,, you can get those numbers and set your rear end so it will track better in very tight turns. But,,,,, be prepared to buy more tires as you wear the inside edges.

Yeah, you'll need to buy some camber bolts.. As far as the dealer not installing them, try a different dealer. We install them, and can SOMETIMES put alignment specs to customer requests....

You really want that much camber?

Simple. Just lower the car. Buy stock in your favorite tire company too.

I am not sure the camber bolts are for the rear suspension. To adjust the rear to have a neg 2.3 degrees or so you may need some camber arms.

see this page: www.speedybnz.com. You can buy them there and recieve them in about two weeks.
