Nav DVD

I have a 2005 CL55 whos Nav system was working until I loaded a copied 2008 DVD into it.
It wouldn't the copied DVD so I reloaded the original DVD and now the Nav system won't load the original DVD either. The screen shows loading software then after a few minutes the screen switches to no DVD please load.
The copied DVD apparently locked up my nav system .

Is their any thing I can do?

Starting mid-2006 (the "2006.2" DVD), new DVDs need a nav flash from the dealer before they will read. I don't know whether the pirate copy screwed something up or whether it's just the result of reading a post-flash DVD into a pre-flash nav. If I were you, I'd spend the $200 for a real copy of the latest DVD at the dealer, tell them it won't read and have them flash the unit. Obviously, don't let them see the pirate copy.

I'm taking her in on Monday and obviously I won't mention the pirated DVD.
Thanks!
