It varies between 96, and 98%.. And of course it runs pretty rich..
Any idea where I should start looking???

Have you already tried to adjust it?

They have a number of techs all over the country, and you are likely to get a good response.

New DVM.. I was measuring the frequency, and not the duty cycle.
I got it straightened out..
