After the vehicle has been driven, shut off for a short time, then restarted as in a quick stop at the store, the ASR/ABS fault lights will come on at the low speed (3-5mph) system check. It does not go into speed inhibited mode. This never occurs when the vehicle has been sitting for a period longer than a few hours. I've cleaned the dust from wheel sensor areas, checked ground connections in the engine compartment and replaced the battery, which is reading about 13 volts. Any ides as to where I should check next would be greatly appreciated.
