05 C55 AMG Seat heater.. Sunroof
This is 3rd time that my driver side bottom heating pad failure...
Dealer replaced it with a new pad but why this thing doesn't last for an year?
What do I have to do get this problem fixed for long time to come?
Also one touch function of sunroof isn't working.. When I press the button, it close half way, stops, and goes backward. If I keep hold the button
I'm currently in Korea n US factory warranty won't cover the bill

I dont have any advise on the seat heater... But for the sunroof, make sure that the track is clean, open it all the way and look at it from above. Make sure there isnt anything that may have fallen in the track, if you have access to an air blow gun, use that to blow it out. Lubricate the track with a medium to low viscosity lube, something that will stay there. Don't use silicone spray or wd-40, try something like white lithium grease in a spray can. Once your done, normalize the sunroof again by pressing and holding the tilt up button for 5 or so seconds after the sunroof has popped up. If that doesn't work, it could be the overhead control panel or the sunroof track causing the problem, but try the quick, cheap, and easy ways first.
