Check tire pressure then reactivate

I have a 2006 CLS 500 and just had snow tires put on. I am now getting a message to "check tire pressure then reactivate" All the tires are set at the correct pressure according to the manual.

I have not been able to find how to get this warning message to go away. The instructions in the manual are not working. I have checked this forum and do not see the answer.

Did you put the wheels back in the same location? If not you will have use the MB procedure to have the computer learn the computer/wheel positions again.

If your new snow tires are on new or different wheels, it sounds like tire pressure sensors were not installed.

If not, see previous post, i.e. check owners manual.
