No need

There's no need to warm up the engine. Once, the engine is running at the idle speed (after 5 or 10 seconds) then you can go. However, do not push hard on the engine (less than 2500 RPM) when its temperature doesn't reach the normal temperature. By driving this way, you will warm up the engine, the transmission, tires, brakes.... and not just the engine itself. Normally, after 2 miles, everything should be warmed up. Last thing, use the Mobil 1 0W-40.

phunpho's got it right.

If you read your manual (perish the thought!) they say just about the same thing.
