Kleemann K2 and CPO Warranty

Kleemann K2 and CPO Warranty
I am buying a used CPO G55 and would like to have the K2 Kleemann package installed (pulley, cpu programming, and headers). Installed by a Kleemann dealer, but not a MB dealer. Will this void the CPO coverage?

unfortunely yes,,
personally I think mercedes should have to prove that a aftermarket mod
will damage the car as to beyond a doubt before they void a warranty, but hey,, what can you do
cool mods though
