Multifunction Display Help
Just received my owners manual for my '98' E430.
Manual shows that I should be able to access the consoles display to retrieve various information via buttons on the steering wheel. There are no buttons on the steering wheel? There are buttons on the dash: Left side has three buttons +, -, 0 and Right side has H, M, R. I am assuming the book was written for a latter version? What can I access with these buttons? The buttons on the Right appear to control the clock, but what can I do with the buttons on the Left? So, far I can only reset the trip meter by pushing the 0, but can not access any menus or perform any other functions with these buttons. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
