SLK Roof Problem
My 2004 SLK roof makes an unfortunate clunking sound when the trunk lid is at the farthest retraction point before the top is raised or lowered. Despite the noise, it functions normally (though the trunk has difficulty latching for a few days afterward, then seems to correct itself). This probably sounds a little suspicious, so you'll have to take my word for it. Any thoughts?
