2004 W220 S500
Anyone else have this problem?

Sorry to raise this old thread back from the dead... So I have a W220 and bypassed my ac compressor using the 6PK2310 belt to save me a tow to the shop. It fits almost perfectly but seems fairly close to the bracket below the tensioner. I started my car and its as quiet as new, and doesn't seems to be rubbing or leaving any markings on the new belt... What do you guys think?!

Idk why but the photo uploaded upside down...

2008 clk 350 (M272)
2008 clk 350 (M272) Driving on the freeway my belt shredded and is now wrapped so tight around the a/c pulley there is no way to get it off. I want to remove the a/c pulley to remove the shredded belt, how do i do that? is that possible?

Wondering how that turned out, as the 6PK2310 has an effective Length of 91.14", and outside circumference of 91.82", while the belt which was originally called for (935K6) has an effective length of 93.5", and outside Circumference of 94.06". Seems like bypassing the AC pulley would effect more than a 2.36 inch change.
My 2005 CLK500's AC pulley shattered into many pieces, and I need to drive it home, nearly 200 miles.
