I have a 2005 CL600 that has developed an intermittent starting issue. Occaisionally, when I put the key in the ignition and turn to start, the starter does not engage even though all electrical items seem to be working. If I wait or pull the key out, and try again, it usually then starts fine. Doesn't happen all the time, but it is happening more frequently. I have replaced the batteries in the key and that hasn't solved the problem. This car does not have keyless-go. Any ideas on what is the problem? Of course it never happens when I take it to the dealer.
