I started my car and noticed it wouldnt shift out of park, then noticed the bas/esp light was on. I came on here and read a suggestion to unhook the battery and rehook it up and did that to no avail.
I really really don't want to take it to the shop if I can help it..I can't seem to get out of there under $300.00...plus its stuck in park in my driveway!
I am preparred to change the brake senor switch myself but just need some direction to a good DIY site.

Brake light switch, easy fix.
$20 and less than 20 minutes and Im back on the road! Incredible...that was going to cost me min. $200! I can buy a nice pair of shoes with the money I saved !
