Ok, and you are sure??

It goes from pressure side of the kompressor and in to the engine.
Kind of a dumpvalve. But it make no sense to blow air in the engine. If it suck air from the engine (chrank breathing) i will understand.

So if I throw this away, and put a plug in the hole in the block, it's ok???

I have put this engine in a 190E and change the EFI

I think i have find the right std. boost. Is 0.48 bar right???

Less and less each day.

It is either exhaust gas recirc or secondary air injection.

Not sure what will happen if you take it off and plug up the holes. But depending on the new engine management system might not use that since it is mainly for emissions.

Never did anything with pressure so can't help out too much with that.
