Change P/S fluid?
I have never seen a schedule for any car to change out the power steering fluid. I don't believe the P/S fluid is stressed enough to break it down and lose it's effectiveness.

I don't remember the exact year and model breakdowns, but I know older style power steering filters and fluid indeed have to be replaced. I don't remember if it's every 60,000 or 90,000 miles. I think the '95 model year was the last year with this set-up. Sorry I can't remember all the details. If memory serves me right, all 210 cars are equipped with non-maintenance power steering systems.

PS
Well, maybe the French were ahead of M-B then. My 1989 Peugeot 405 has never had a power steering fluid change or even needed any topping off after nearly 15 years (car built Aug 1988) and 286,000 km. Pretty OK performance, really.
