regulator, this will increase the fuel pressure because fuel can not return therefore the engine will recieve for fuel. Is this method is true.

Yes linh, that is very true indeed. By disconnecting the fuel pressure regulator vaccum line, you will disable the regulator and raise fuel pressure in the fuel rail. This will cause your engine to run rich, not pass emissions, have no gain in power, set all kinds of fault codes, possibly damage your engine due to a rich misfire, foul out your spark plugs, damage your fuel pump because of the added work it has to do, and God knows what else. Still want to try it out?

mbtech208.....i like the way you WARNED me but really RICH is still safer the LEAN. Anyway, been there done that with my 91 MR2 Turbo. I melt the piston because of over boost and lean out the engine. I will take your's advice very seriously because it a $45,000 plus car not a $10,000 MR2 Turbo.

Rich is safer than lean, but letting the car do what it was designed to do is safer than either one of them.

The fuel pressure regulator on your car is an integral part of the fuel filter.

I mean fuel filter. You can richen the mixture on demand by pulling off the vacuum hose at the filter Oh, you mean richen it while driving? That I don't know.

i only need to richen it at WOT. if there is a vacuum line there, it sounds like a standard fuel regulator setup and pressurizing the line should work.
omg, what an odd place to put a FPR- under the rear seat? Never seen that b4,geez!!
