My 2002 CL 500 radio started going in and out and now it doesnt work at all . The screen comes on with the radio stations appearing on the screen then cd says no cartridge. I checked all the fuses and even the amp fuse. No blown fuses can't figure it out. Can anyone give me any suggestions before I take it to the dealer

You have display on the command, but no audio, correct?

the command works shows radio station but no sound. I think the problem is with the amp I just got it sent out to get checked

If the Tele-Aid is still in your D2B ring, that is a very good possibility.
