Mbrace phone doesn't work
After having my RSE installed and the Tele-Aid software updated (per my service invoice), my MBrace doesn't work. I get a recording now that says, "The verizon phone cannot be authenticated...please stay on the line to complete the call using a credit-card".
Any idea what the issue is? Do they simply have to "re-register" my car like they did when it was new?
They want me to drop it off and get a loaner...again, for the 3rd time in 4 days. But there has to be a simple fix.
