MB windshield washer concentrate "S"

The manual calls for this stuff to be mixed w/regular washer fluid or water depending on the season. Local dealer looked at me like I'm nuts when I asked to buy the concentrate "S", but they do sell a MB product called "Summerfit" and the bottle also mentions there is a "Winterfit." The Summerfit apparently is some kind of special soap.

I'm in Chicago so we're not done with freezing weather yet. My Q: (1) does the MB concentrate "S" exist, and if so what does it do? (2) Is the "concentrate "S"" the same as Summerfit?

Anyone been down this road before? I just want to make sure I'm not missing an additive that the washer system needs. Thanks.

Try asking for part no:
001-986-447-110 Solvent, Window
Says it $2.52 but it doesn't say how much you get?

I've never heard it referred to as "concentrate S". Just tell the parts guy you want a bottle of washer solvent, they'll know what you're talking about.
