I wanted to know if I change to a replacement aftermarket headlights, would there be any problem with the lighting system and electronic of the car? Also, where is the best place to get it done?

If you're adding HIDs, you'll need to have the car programmed (dealership or independent) so that it knows it has HIDs. HIDs draw less current than halogens, so the car's computer thinks the headlights are out.
On a lot of these cars (I don't know about your year specifically) it looks like you have to remove the bumper to install the headlights. If you're not comfortable doing this, any body shop should be able to do it for you. Make sure you have them align the headlights afterward.
