SL 320 CEL + roll bar goes 1/2 way up
A couple for the experts, '97 SL 320:
This is the second time my CEL came on - the first time I took it to the dealer, he found nothing wrong & reset it. Both times, the light came on right after going thru the same place up the road from me, were I could smell smoke from the nearby woods burning - do you suppose one of the sensors "smelled" something...??? How can I reset the CEL myself ???
Also, the roll bar only goes up as far as if the rag top was up - does it "think" the top is up, when it's not ???
Where can I get electrical schematics for my car ???
