They have some great warranty coverage for my new car, but I am concerned that my local shop and dealership may not deal with them. I have already e-mailed to research this, but wanted to know if anyone has heard of them, or has any experience/thoughts on this company.

It seems they sell the Chrysler service contacts. Which seem to have quite a few complains at http://www.ripoffreport.com.

I too am looking for a good warranty company. Please post if you have suggestions.
