So when I first purchased my vehicle I noticed that the front driver + passenger headrests were sticking out and didn't take much notice to them, but a few days ago I decided to try and push them back in with no luck. I was also instructed to use the L shaped tool but had no luck with that either. Wondering if someone here could chime in and help me out? The vehicle is a 2007 C230 Sport Sedan.

They are quite fiddley to reset and aren't that easy if you have done one before. Just take it back to your dealer, you should still have warranty. I would be wondering why they have triggered though, they usually only trigger when you have and accident
