Coolant?

Coolant?
I have a MY2010 GLK 4matic, and I was wondering, which coolant is safe for my engine? 
And please don't send me straight to the dealer to get OE MB coolant, because my dealer service department opens on Monday and I'd like to top off my coolant this weekend. The warning light came on the dash that I should add some coolant, so I checked it when I came home, and it was ~1" lower than it should be, and I need to go to San Diego tomorrow, which is about 2 hours away.
I've heard some horror stories about some coolants eating away at the aluminum radiators of MB's, and I obviously don't want that to happen to my car.

When the coolant is just a little low, you can add water. The ideal ratio is 50:50 MB conc to water but a range of 45:55 to 55:45 is acceptable.
If you insist on adding conc or a 50:50 blend then go to Pepboys and get some Zerex G05.
