last night my gas light came on i got gas and drove home and it was all normal. this morning i turn it on and get display defective..

do you believe the low gas of last night would cause these codes to come up

p0443 p0446 p1453?

also i got new brakes less then 7k miles and my brake wear lights come on sometimes.. i look at the pad and it has alot left!

I am no electrical expert but I highly doubt that having your low fuel light come on would cause a defective display. I believe something else is wrong. Good luck.

As vettdvr mentioned, these are EVAP system codes. Did you fill the gas tank all the way to the top? That is a big no-no for EVAP systems.

The EVAP monitor runs every drive cycle providing the initial conditions are met where one of the conditions is that the fuel tank needs to be within 15-85% full -- anything outside will not allow the monitor to run.

Since EVAP codes typically don't cause driveability problems, you should be able to drive the car to see if they clear on their own -- don't reset them -- let the PCM do its thing and test the EVAP system -- this could take a few days.
