sunshade fixed , for 1 day

I have had trouble with my sunshade in my c-coupe bunching up, finally went to the trouble of taking it in having parts ordered, and repaired, the next day when closing it I heard a loud pop, the front shade does not retract at all now, I guess it is really broken now

Man those sunshades are junk, i hate to say it but they are probably the worst part of this car. I ve a couple of them now and its just alot of work for such a piece of junk part, im just waiting for mine to break. I try not to use them cause im not looking foward to fixing them. the last one we did in the shop got a whole new track and everything so that might be what your getting too.

My dealer just fixed the sunshade for the 2nd time, I noticed a few scratches on the a black metal trim piece in the sunroof, and my headliner has some small snags next to the sunshade, and some dirty fingerprints on the headliner, should I complain or am I being to picky
