1991 560 SEL rear passenger window off track
Good morning-
My passenger rear window went down last night with a gear clicking noise at the very end. It wouldn't come up after that. Jumping track seems like an occasional problem from reading through posts on here- but I couldn't find a post that said how to get the window back on track.
I removed the door panel and the window was sitting a few inches from the bottom of the door. I was able to take my hand and push it up a few inches. When I took both hands to see if I couldn't move it around a little to get it back on track the window slid to the bottom of the door and now I can't move it up or down.
Any suggestions?

1986 560 SEL
I had this same type of problem with my '86 560 SEL. The regulator was faulty. You might try a car window/glass repair shop..they may be able to do the fix. Or your MB dealer can also. It won't be cheap.
