I think you first need to determine what the problem is.
Does your AC work? Not hard to decide; just turn it on.
Does the radiator fan work? Let the car idle until it warms up enough for it to kick on.
If everything works OK maybe it's just the light (or a sensor or such).

the ac doesn't work if the sign is showing on and I did that already start the car and wait to see if my fan is gonna kick in but is not working so I don't know if the fan or something else but if the is kinda cold AC does work but once the coolant sign shows up AC cuts down and the gauge it goes up a little bit high so I hope it helps u to see what's the problem

It could be a bad radiator fan, or you could have a bad thermostat.
Either way, the car is overheating and the AC over-ride is cutting in to keep it from getting hotter.
FYI, if it's the fan the real cause might be the sensor.
Do you know how to work on any of this stuff?

I'm sure it's the fan cuz, if I'm driving the car @ freeway it cools down a lot but if i'm on side street the temp goes up a bit and as soon as i move the car cools down again. like I said the car doesn't really gets hot to much but I'm still watching the gauge
and I dont really know where to start, if someone here or if you can assist me that would be great..

You want to get power from the battery directly to the fan to see if it works.
The fan probably has two wires going to it, one - and the other +.
Run two pieces of wire directly from the battery terminals to the wire connectors on the fan. If the fan runs the problem is probably the temperature sender; if the fan does not spin you need a new fan.
