Idler Pulley Torque Specs-'02 CL500

I'm changing the idler pulley on my '02 CL500 and cannot find the torque specs for the bolt. Anyone?

Google the bolt size, keeping in mind the material of the female side.

Bolt

The material of the female side is aluminum. My info doesn't show the torque spec for the pulley, but I use a 3/8 ratchet and tighten the bolt as hard as I can when i do this repair. So i know that's not perfect but gives you an idea.

Thanx! I have the MB Shop Manual Library disc and couldn't find it in there. Can the idler pulley bolt be removed without removing the fan, etc.? Again, couldn't find any info in the above manual on this pulley replacement.

Yes you can get it out without removing everything. Its not comfortable but able to do. I always remove everything but that's just me I like to be comfortable when I work on them.
