190D 2.5 (x2), 190E 2.6, W202 C240,W202 C43 (C55), W210 E55, W212 E250CDI
Check the air filter housing is fully seated on the air mass meter. Most likely it's sitting on it but not fully seated as in drawing in hot air. This will give you those fault codes whilst keeping the normal adaptations as per the screen shots supplied.

I'd also take the air filter housing off and check the seal, they have a habit of tearing.

Ausmbtech, that was exactly what it was.

I did an oil change and had pulled out the filter housing to inspect the filters.
When I pushed the housing back on, the clips on the right side got pushed together and was not seated on the round mounting correctly.
I pulled everything back off and replaced. Cleared the code and it has stayed off
