i just bought it at the auction yesterday, seems to run fine unless you try to gas on it. complete lack of power. also was hard to start one time.

and another thing, today, when i was just cruising down the road in drive, it all of a sudden acted like it was in nuetral, but was making a grinding noise from the shifter/transmission. i wasnt trying to shift it or anything, just in drive. i put it in neutral, then put it back in drive and it seemed good again.

any help will be very appreciated!

by the way, i have reset the codes with my scanner, and they came back almost immediately after start up.

Good chance the timing chain has worn out, consider taking off the cover that covers up the timing chain gears and checking how much you can move the gears in the chain.
