1993 300TE won't shift out of 1st gear
Yesterday the car started OK but would not ship out of 1st gear. I have tried to look at other posts to figure out what it may be without much luck. The fluid is full. Could this be a vacuum problem or a modulator?
Does anyone know an easy way to check to see what is wrong?
