Does anyone know if there's a dipstick for older E that I can use for the 03 E320? Part number would also be vey helpful.

If your tube is located near the firewall you might want to check out this thread. The engines are the same. Prices vary from dealer to dealer.
If your tube is located in the front of the engine the MY02 dipstick should work for you.

I have not seen any leakage on the tube or the dipstick. I also checked for hot gasses blowby and couldn't find anything on either the engine, the firewall or the underneath side of the hood.
