'66 250SE-How to extract the chain tensioner sprocket bolt?

Exclamation '66 250SE-How to extract the chain tensioner sprocket bolt?
I am replacing the head gasket on '66 250SE Coupe.
Is there any one who can give me know-how to extract the bolt holding the chain tensioner sprocket?; a 5 mm Allen key goes in and turn both ways, but does not seem to come out.
Your help is highly appreciated.
