HELP! C220 Key won't turn. Broke one already
Hi Everyone,
Jumped into my 1994 c220 today and the key wouldn't turn. After a bit of research here called a locksmith to come out. $80 later he broke my flat key and we could get it to about half way to position 1. Does anyone know how I can get it turned enough to release my parking gear so I can tow it to a mechanic? Was able to release the steering wheel only.

I am not positive but there might be a mechanical release at the rear of the shifter. If so there is a small door that you can put a pen down into and then push on the release to shift it from park.
