Instrument cluster problem 500SL
Any time my voltage is below 13.4 volts or key on engine off, and i use the blinkers, parking lights, hazards or the brakes the dash board cuts off pins all the needles to their min. and seems to reset within a sec. Also most of the warning lights go on. This has been happening for approx. 3 weeks

This happened to me once when I was driving. The instruments suddenly went out. Turns out the fuse was loose or dirty, and just needed to be reseated.
Also, how old is the battery? Does this happen when the engine is running? If not, then the battery is probably bad, and since the alternator isn't running, the battery can't power everything.
