car dies when idling low rpms
today my car died 5 times. i started her up and the car shook a little bit. i noticed when the RPMs hit around 800-900, the car suddenly died. there were no check engine lights or anything of that sort. the lights were still on, the engine just died. i turned off the car and started it again. it started right up but once the idle went down past 900, it died. it happened another 3 times until i just kept my foot on the gas to make sure it was above 1000 rpm. any idea as to the issue here? btw, i have a 2005 clk55 with 99k miles on it. thanks for any help!

Issue
I had the same issue in the past. Can be a couple of things:
Bad spark plugs/wires
TPS - Throttle Position Sensor
CPS - Crank Shaft Position Sensor
MAF - Mass Air Flow Sensor
You need to get the car's computer scanned to determine the exact issue. Worth the $100 it will cost you. Most of these repairs you can do yourself.
