A short history, first got the car come to find out the super charger was grounded out, I have had a new cam shaft magnet put in, cuts off while driving. I code on misfire one, i have put new spark plugs in.Just need some help.

have you tried switching the coil pack from cylinder one to a different cylinder to see if the misfire jumps cylinders?
