Fuel Distributor on a 380SL
I'm asking this question for my Dad. He has a 1983 380 SL which is currently at a local shop. Diagnosis is a bad fuel distributor. The shop tried getting a used one which also turnedout to be faulty. Is there anyway to rebuild these things??? Not sure he wants to sink another $1,500 into anew one. Or can someone here recommend a sourse to try for a used/reconditioned unit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Might Want to post this at www.mercedesshop.com
Lots of Info on older Mercedes..Give it a try!
BTW a USED CIS Fuel Distributor is a crap shoot!
Unless You took it off a GOOD running car.
